Pacenote v0.4.3

The upgrade quits the running app first (the bot gets up to 20 seconds to finish its requests, and the rest resume on the next start) and reopens it. Config and run history are untouched.

Fixes

• Showing or hiding the sidebar's labels no longer shifts its icons sideways, and the Pacenote mark keeps its place and its round shape in the compact sidebar instead of jumping and squeezing.
